An inconvinient truth


- The most striking scene in the movie

The most striking scene in the movie was when the people in the movie are suffering the horrible effects of global warming.

- Your feelings and emotions while watching the movie

I feel sad about what is happened in the movie because many people suffered due to global warming, but I also feel happy, because of people like Al Gore who want to help our earth.

- Your realization after watching the movie

I realized that our earth is getting hotter, because of what people do.

- The specific actions you can commit to take care of the environment

I'm not going to smoke to take care the environment and I'm going to plant trees.

Values Education

1. Looking back at the list of your positive characteristics and qualities, what do you feel and realize about it? I feel happy when i remember my positive qualities. I realize that it is better if I improve it more.

2. The Golden Rule says, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."
a. Given the following situations, how would you like to be treated by your teachers and schoolmates:
-when you have given wrong answers to the questions during recitation;
I would like to be corrected by my teachers and my classmates if I have given wrong answers.
- when you are expressing your opinion during class or group discussion;
I would like them to listen to me and understand me on what Im expressing to them.
- when you are giving suggestions during group work or presentation;When Im giving suggestion during group work or presentation, I would like them to cooperate and add also some suggestions.
- when you commit mistake;
When I commit mistake I want them to help me out on what is my mistake.

Self Evaluation

How was your first week at MCL? How do you feel about your teachers and schoolmates? How do you fin your courses? What sort of adjustment you still have to meet in terms of your academics, emotions, and social involvement?
I feel nervous and excited during my first week at MCL. I felt nervous about my teachers and classmates because Im still knowing what are their attitudes. I need to improve my study habits and my communication with my classmates.

How would you like your first year in college be? What specifically you have to do to achieve these disires?
I want my first year in college be memorable and fun. Inorder to achieve my desires, I have to cooperate with my teacher and my classmates.
